Today was my very first time ever coming here and it was because I was getting My Neighbor a gift card for her birthday because she always speak so highly of this place. Well after getting the gift card I also got myself a drink and not only was it absolutely delicious but the two girls that helped me figure out which drink was best for me, I have to say I highly recommend going to this place amazing vibes and great tasting drinks.

This place is Amazing they have great hearts! The drink that was for the fund raiser for the Benedict family for Amber was Amazing. Must come and find out!

My family and I stop in for a tea at least once a week. Every time, we are greeted with smiles and a clean, upbeat atmosphere. The tea is always filled to the top and delicious! My orders are always made correctly. I do not have 1 bad thing to say about Southgate Nutrition!

Southgate and attrition is a fantastic place! The service is incredible. The shakes are incredible. The tea is incredible. Everything is incredible here! Would highly recommend coming here after working out, especially because they have good protein shakes to offer with tons of different flavors. Today I tried their pumpkin caramel cheesecake, and I would highly recommend it! Phenomenal!

Everything I’ve tried here has been great!! Although the teas taste more like juice they’re really good! They have a wide variety of shake flavors. Way better than getting a shake from anywhere else. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Amazing team and amazing drinks! Team is very helpful and knowledgeable! Went in and they had ran out of a certain product they used for one of the coffees I like. The amazing team put something together for me and it was absolutely amazing as always! Highly recommend!

Easily my favorite nutrition place! Their teas are fantastic. I get one after a midnight shift in the emergency department and it helps me get through school easy peasy.
